CREDIT FACILITY

To facilitate, client’s admission to KMC, we provided a Credit Facility for companies applying to KMC.

Terms and Conditions

1. Company applying for credit facility shall be required to give consent to the Hospital for purpose of obtaining bank reference relating to the company’s financial status.

2. In any circumstances, KMC has the right to request certain amount as a guarantee (Bank Guarantee) before approving company’s credit facility (depends on financial status).

3. Only signature of the company’s authorizing officer shall be accepted by the Hospital. The Hospital must be notified in writing of any changes with regards to address or authorizing officer.

4. The company and authorizing officers assume joint liability for all charges incurred.

5. For company in excess of credit limit, no further credit will be granted. In cases where account is overdue, credit facility may be withdrawn.

6. Approval or refusal for credit facilities shall be entirely at the discretion of the hospital.

7. For each visit, company staff must bring along Letter of Guarantee from the company concerned, duly signed by authorizing officer.

8. Bills are to be paid within 30 days upon receipt of invoice.
